I used OptionCare for a few months because it seemed convenient to have infusions at home instead of going into a center. It was such a terrible experience I switched back to my old infusion center. I highly recommend avoiding them if you have other options.- On my first visit, I was supposed to have it at home but they didn't schedule me a nurse so they told me to go to this center. When I arrived we found they also didn't have my drugs, they eventually said they had forgotten to ship it to me. At first they thought they could get it that day but after many back and forth calls and cancellations I ended up getting it late the next day.- After that I usually got it at home like I was supposed to, but multiple times they once again forgot to schedule a nurse for me and I had to go to the center instead.- The nurses varied each time. Some were wonderful, skilled, and caring. Others were rushed and cold and occasionally very poor with the stick, leading to a lot of pain and bleeding as they blamed me for my veins being a problem even though other nurses had no issue.- I started calling one month to confirm I was scheduled. It was hard to get a hold of someone but I eventually was told yes it was all definitely confirmed. Still no one showed up on the day; I called and they said they hadn't scheduled a nurse for me and wasn't sure why someone told me it was confirmed. This was when I started the paperwork to switch back to my old center.- Now I just got a bill for a service from 5 months ago that should have gone to a copay program but they booked it incorrectly. Just a few weeks after getting that bill for the first time I get a follow-up that they'll be taking it to collections soon. I called and explained the bill was not supposed to go to me and they're addressing it now but it's just one more issue when I thought I was done with this place, leading to this review.Find other options! I use Infusion4Health and have had a couple issues but nothing like this place.Edit to reply to owner: I already reached out for support when I was actually a customer. Nothing happened, nothing improved. No need for me to reach out again and say the same things now that I've left.

I showed up for my appointment to have an infusion of an important drug, but the infusion center had apparently forgotten to order the drug and so after 35 minutes of waiting around I was told to re-schedule. Not impressive for an infusion center.
