About CSI Network Services
CSI Network Services has been adding value to the traditional home health and hospice network model serving as a resource to providers of care, payer groups and patients since 1996. Initially known as CSI Infusion and Network Services, our role was to support the needs of our local infusion pharmacy and their patients requiring post-acute care services. CSI partnered with home health and hospice agencies to provide access to our payer contracts for a smooth and seamless transition of care for in home skilled nursing, skilled therapies, and hospice services. In 2015, Option Care Health acquired CSI Infusion and Network Services, and we emerged as two separate entities. Today, our parent company is Option Care Health, the largest independent home and alternate site infusion service provider in the United States and CSI continues to operate as a separate line of business under them. CSI Network Services has flourished and grown into a Network of 450+ credentialed home health and hospice providers in OH, IN, KY, Mi and IL.

CSI Network Services assist by:
- Offering delegated credentialing and ongoing data maintenance consistent with NCQA standards
- Ongoing contract management
- Providing training and education regarding payer programs and policies
- Reduction of out of network costs through referral management, statewide coverage, and absorption of out of network provider charges
- Handling all aspects of provider customer service including billing, claims status and payment questions
- Aggregates all provider claim submissions reducing payer claim issues and ensuring clean claims
- Development and implementation of successful care management initiatives through our extensive network of home care agencies. Delivering proven results targeted to reduce hospital re-admissions and corresponding costs while improving outcomes. CSI to provide on-site training to select agencies who will deliver the program the oversight and management of the program
